Stability Ball Circular Plank - Advanced Core Exercise

Yet another progression from the stability ball plank which was a progression from the floor plank is the stability ball circular plank. 'Circular' refers to the motion of your arms as you hold the stability ball plank position. Like the advanced stability ball plank, in order to perform the exercise properly, you must keep your body completely stabilized in the exact position, except for your arms which are moving.

It is a good idea to perform this exercise to the side of a mirror so you can check your form and make sure you are not (cheating) moving your entire body back and forth. For maximal core work, you can move your arms in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
