Sled Straight Arm Lat Pulls

In addition to classic sled rows you can perform sled straight arm lat pulls with the power sled. Straight arm lat pulls are an isolation exercise for the lats which require impeccable form to be useful. The proper form for sled straight arm lat pulls requires you to maintain scapular retraction (shoulder blades squeezed back together) as you go through the range of motion to isolate the lats. Since this is an accessory exercise, it is not going to be one of the major exercises during any workout with the power sled. Unlike many exercises on the power sled, with the straight arm pulls you should probably use light weight until you master the form.
