Sled Squat Row Pushup

If your fitness goal is to get in shape combinations of multiple exercises in one set such as the sled squat row pushup should be on the top of your to do list. The sled squat row pushup basically works every major muscle in the body and a few sets can be an entire workout. If you plan a longer workout this compound movement could be either used at the beginning or as the final 'finisher' exercise. Keep in mind that it is extremely taxing so make sure you use the right amount of weight to allow completion of the desired amount of repetitions.
