Ring Ball Supine Rows

For those who aren't strong enough to perform pull-ups, supine rows are the body weight back exercise which represent the next best thing. Ring ball supine rows are an advanced form of supine rows as they require very high levels of full body stabilization and strength. The good thing about ring ball supine rows is they can be modified to make them easier simply by putting one foot on the floor. The most important thing about the form of this exercise is to keep the body erect during the entire motion which will help you isolate the correct muscle group by not allowing cheating by thrashing your body around like a fish out of water. Since body weight is very challenging for most people these supine rows will be the 1st exercise you perform during a back workout.
