One Grip Pull Ups

Since even doing a single 1-arm pull-up is probably impossible for 99% of the population you can use these one grip pull ups which involve one grip on a pull-up bar and the other grip on your own wrist/forearm. One grip pull ups are especially great and functional for those who are involved in sports where gripping onto other people's wrists such as wrestling and grappling sports like judo or jiu jitsu. One grip pull-ups can be used during any workout which involves the biceps. In a back and biceps workout it is best performed towards the middle or end of the workout while it should be one of the first few exercises you do during a biceps-only workout.
