Lying Dual Cable Curls

There are hundreds of different forms of biceps curls and while they all work the biceps to some degree, most variations have unique advantages and disadvantages. The advantage of these lying dual cable curls is by lying supine on either a bench, exercise ball or even the floor, you decrease the tendency to cheat by using momentum by arching your back and swinging your body. The most important part of the form for dual cable curls is to make sure to keep your elbows pointing up vertically towards the ceiling to isolate the biceps most efficiently.
