Incline Purvis Press

The incline Purvis press is an advanced chest exercise which combines the benefits of incline dumbbell bench press with incline cable flies to create the ultimate chest workout in a single exercise. The incline Purvis press is going to be the most challenging exercise you do in any chest workout so it should probably be done as one of the 1st or 2nd chest exercises although with lesser weight it be okay to perform later in a workout. Perhaps the only negative aspect of the incline Purvis press is that it is a pain to set up and almost certainly requires a workout partner. While the incline Purvis press is not an exercise which you would or should do every day doing it a couple times a month or every once in a while will pretty much guarantee you will avoid plateau and build your chest to the maximum.
