Functional Barbell Knight

This exercise nickname is derived from the similarity of the British knighting procedure. The actual movement would be more aptly named kneeling barbell overhead lever press. The exercise is great for the deltoids and triceps and equally good for the core. The exercise can be used as a 'finisher' to any shoulder or arm workout involving the triceps or as a functional exercise if the training is aiming at being sport specific.
