Tube Biceps Curls (Tube Under Foot)

Perhaps the most common resistance band exercise you will see is these tube biceps curls. The very simple exercise is accomplished by holding the band in both hands, and stepping on the resistance band with either one or 2 feet. The best way to perform these resistance band biceps curls is actually to step over the resistance band with one foot and step on middle of the resistance band with the rear foot. This puts your arms and shoulders in optimal alignment to work the biceps. Like all resistance band exercises, it is important that you perform the exercise slow and controlled to gain the most benefit.
