Elevated Split Squats (Elevated Stationary Lunges)

Elevated split squats or stationary lunges involve simply adding a Reebok step or any other form of elevated surface under the front foot. What this does is increase the range of motion at the hip which forces the hamstrings and glutes to stretch a little further at the bottom portion of the lift.
