Elevated Split Squat Lateral Raise

The elevated split squat lateral raise is a combination exercise which combines the large muscle group of the legs with the isolated movement for the smaller shoulder muscles. By placing your foot on an elevated surface you increase the demand on the hamstrings and glutes for the front leg which are both common weak spots that need some extra strengthening.
