Dumbbell Stability Bench

Everyone knows all forms of bench press with dumbbells and barbells are great exercises to work the chest, anterior shoulders and triceps. If you don't have a bench handy or you simply want to increase the stabilization component of the bench press you can perform dumbbell bench press from the stability ball bridge position. Maintaining this bridge position is also an effective way to engage the gluteal and hamstring muscles to 'kill two birds with one stone' so to speak.
