Rear deltoid raises are an important exercise to perform as people tend to
have stronger muscles in the front of the body which can lead to muscle imbalances.
There are many different ways to perform rear deltoid raises but one of the most
simply ways is from a kneeling position which allows you to rest your chest on
your upper thigh. The exercise is best performed slow and under control but
those which have protracted shoulders will likely have to swing the weights or
use extremely light weights to get the most benefits.
