Double BOSU lunges is an exercise which is great for those interested
improving balance and coordination in addition to strengthening all the muscles
in the lower body. The exercise is really a combination of 2 different lunges.
The first lunge is a push-back lunge off the BOSU balance trainer and the 2nd is
a backwards or reverse lunge. Perhaps the most difficult part of double BOSU
lunges is when you are forced to maintain balance while transitioning between
the pushback off the BOSU and the reverse lunges.
