Close Grip Shoulder Press

Close grip shoulder press is simply a variation of dumbbell shoulder press that forces you to focus on the anterior (front) deltoids. Close grip simply involves rotating your shoulders inwards as if you were to point your elbows straight out in front of you. In addition to focusing on the anterior deltoids, the triceps also receive a heavy load during this shoulder press variation.
