Barbell Bridge Decline Superset

This superset of different angles of the bench press is an idea to use if your chest workouts have plateaud and you're looking to "shock" your muscles into new growth. Each angle of bench can be performed separately or at the same time. If both decline bridge barbell bench press and flat bench are performed, the lower and mid muscle fibers of the chest will receive the bulk of the work.
