Alternating Biceps Workout

The alternating biceps workout is titled so because it can be an entire arm workout if you are pressed for time or simply if you want to spend the bulk of your time in the gym doing cardio to help burn fat rather than toning and building your muscles. This set involves alternating dumbbell hammer curls, dumbbell reverse curls and supinating biceps curls to get a complete workout for the front of your arms including the biceps.
