handstand push-ups are a very difficult exercise as they require you to shoulder
press your whole body weight.
You can perform this exercise 2 primary ways. The first and easier way to
perform them is by using a wall to rest your feet. The more difficult way to
perform the wall hand stand push-ups is by doing them from a free handstand with
nothing helping you balance. The latter version requires a lot of strength and
can be worked up to by starting by using a wall to help balance.
If you are doing a workout with no equipment the wall handstand push-up is best
used as one of the first exercises you do as it can really fatigue the shoulders
