Stability Ball Squat Medicine Ball Raise

You can add a front deltoid raise to the versatile stability ball squat and work both shoulders and legs at the same time. This will allow you to perform more work (training volume) during your workouts in a shorter amount of time compared to if you did them both separately. The medicine ball can be substituted with any form of resistance but it works great because it is easy to grip.
