Some people have a full workout fully devoted to shoulders while others perform shoulder exercise with their chest and others do them on 'back day'.   When you will do your shoulder exercises depends largely on 2 things:  1. The health of your shoulders and 2. your fitness goals.

Unhealthy Shoulders

If you have unhealthy shoulders, you may want to take it easy on the shoulder workout videos. Why? Performing shoulder movements (especially overhead motions) too often could aggravate rotator cuff problems.
