various days of your training split.
Some people have a full workout fully devoted to shoulders while others perform
shoulder exercise with their chest and others do them on 'back day'.

The health of your shoulders and 2. your fitness goals.
If you have unhealthy shoulders, you may want to take it easy on the shoulder
workout videos. Why? Performing shoulder movements (especially overhead motions)
could aggravate rotator cuff problems. If you are uncertain about the health of your shoulders the best
option is to "play it by ear" and try to perform shoulder exercises on different
days and see what works. If
