Using the rubber 1/2 ball-like dome of the BOSU balance trainer for push-ups
is a great way to work your upper body while you work your core. Due to the
relatively close position of both hands during this motion, it requires extra
strength from the triceps as compared to any wider grip push-ups, most similarly
dual BOSU push-ups. If you have the strength in your triceps to complete
a set of this exercise you will likely only be able to do it as one of the first
exercises in your triceps workout.
