Push Ups Feet Elevated

Elevating your feet during push-ups increases the involvement of the upper pecs as well as increases difficulty of keeping core stabilized. Keeping your core stabilized is of the utmost importance so if your lower back arches, regress to an easier version of the push-up and maybe even consider doing them from your knees. The push ups feet elevated will target more of your upper chest and anterior deltoids so make sure do them when your shoulders are relatively free of fatigue or muscle soreness from previous workouts. You can elevate your feet on a plyo box, weight bench, stair or anything stable as well as stability ball push-ups.
