Shoulder press is possible on the power sled by positioning your upper body
parallel with the cables you have attached to the power sled. By maintaining the
bent over position with your torso parallel with the ground you can get a great
workout for the deltoids and triceps. As with all power sled exercises you can
perform them explosively or you can opt to slowly move the resistance if you
have more hypertrophy related goals. In a workout this power sled shoulder press
should be one of the first few exercises you do to get the most out of it.
