You've all seen gymnasts perform what seems to be amazing feats of strength
using Olympic rings and now it is your turn. While you're not going to be able
to perform the 'iron cross' the rings allow you to perform dips which are a
great exercise for your triceps and chest. The rings require a very high level
of shoulder stabilization in addition to strength from the target muscles. For
most people, power ring dips are best used as on of the first exercises during
any workout involving the chest and triceps.
