Ninja Pull Ups

Pullups are one of the most challenging exercises as you have to pull 100% of your body weight. Ninja pull-ups are a nickname for this modification of a ring row and pull-up. You must first use your abdominals and raise your feet to the ceiling and maintain the position by maintaining your abdominal contraction or holding on the the cables which are suspending the rings with your feet. From this position you must pull up as high as you can. This is an advanced exercise and will completely fatigue your biceps and forearms very quickly. Ninja pull-ups are best used as the very first exercise during a back and biceps training workout.
