You can perform a variety of push-ups using the medicine balls to increase
the difficulty. Placing both hands on a single medicine ball forces you to work
your chest, triceps and anterior deltoids to push all your body weight. Moving
your elbows in towards eachother comes naturally while holding yourself up on
the medicine ball and it forces your triceps to work overtime. The medicine ball
triceps push-ups are best used either towards the end of a chest workout or at
any point of a triceps workout. Perhaps the best use of these push-ups is to
finish any workout that involves the triceps, chest or anterior deltoids.
