There are few exercises which work the lats and chest at the same time and dumbbell pullovers have
always been the most popular. If a dumbbell is not available or you simply want
to use a lighter resistance you can use a medicine ball for pullovers. If the
weight of the medicine ball is not heavy enough, you can have a partner apply
manual resistance by pulling the medicine ball against you. Medicine ball
pullovers can be performed on a weight bench or stability ball.
