Yet another exercise which allows you to work multiple body parts with a
lunge is the lunge tube reverse wood chops. The split lunge by itself is a great
exercise for the hamstrings, glutes and quadriceps and since you are doing
nothing with your body above the waist you can add wood chop for the obliques
and core As with all resistance band exercises, you can increase or decrease the
difficulty of the exercise by moving further away from the origin of the
