Low Tube Torso Rotation

The low tube torso rotation is essentially a reverse wood chop which is a rotational exercise which primarily targets the obliques. The exercise is good for anyone looking to increase your rotational strength and/or abdominal tone or definition. The low tube torso rotation is very similar to the high tube woodchop but you are going through a range of motion which starts and remains at around waist height.
