Reverse curls are a great exercise for building and strengthening the
upper arm muscles along with the forearms and grip strength.
Using a low cable pulley for reverse curls is a variation which will target
the muscles pretty much the same as dumbbell or barbell reverse curls so
they would be considered just another option in your arsenal of arms exercises you can
use to strengthen or build the target muscles. If the low cables are
convenient, use them, if they are not, dumbbell or barbell reverse curl are
more than good.
