Iso lateral BOSU push-ups are an uneven push-up which focuses on core
stabilization as well as the chest press, arm extension motion. By performing
the push-ups on a single side at a time makes the iso BOSU pushups more of a
chest exercise while performing a single rep and transitioning to the other side
dramatically increases the core stabilization component. Overall this version of
BOSU push-ups is great for either the middle or end of a chest and triceps
workout or a warm-up for the more advanced fitness enthusiast or bodybuilder.
