Incline Dumbbell Triceps Press

Incline dumbbell triceps press is simply a neutral grip dumbbell bench press on an incline bench. The exercise is named triceps press because the majority of the time you will "feel it" in the triceps. By keeping the neutral grip (palms facing each other) you force the elbows inwards which takes the emphasis off the chest and puts it on the anterior deltoids. Since the anterior deltoids usually fatigue before the triceps, the tris are forced to take most of the load. This incline dumbbell triceps press is perfect for a mid or end exercise during any chest and triceps workout.
