Incline Chest Fly (dumbbell)

Incline chest fly is an upper pecs isolation exercise which is going to be used by anyone looking to build the chest muscles. Since the isolation exercise focuses on a very specific part of the chest it will not be an important exercise for anyone with more general fitness goals such anything related to weight loss or muscle toning. The majority of the time, the incline chest fly will be performed after any pressing exercises such as the incline bench press and often finish off the chest workout.
