High cable overhead triceps extension is an exercise which targets the
triceps, more specifically the long head. Since the long head of the triceps is
attached to the scapula, isolating it requires the arms to be above the head.
These overhead triceps extensions can be performed on any high cable pulley
using any form of bar attachment. Making sure the elbows are as high as possible
above the head and do not move is the most important thing to consider if
perfect form is your priority which it should.
