Gorilla push-ups is a fun variation of plyometric push-ups such as
clapping push-ups. This version of plyometric push-ups uses two BOSU
balance trainers which allow you to spring a little further up from the balls.
This extra push allows you to beat your chest or scratch your armpits like a
gorilla or King Kong. The gorilla part of this exercise is really just for fun
and to do something different but may also benefit you by forcing you to use
more power while doing your push-ups.
