A modified version of the
hanging leg raise, feet to ceiling is a very tough abdominal exercise
for experienced in-shape individuals who are looking for maximum abdominal
development. This gymnastics-like exercise involves either hanging on to a
pull-up bar or using some sort of an abdominal sling and contracting your
abdominals powerfully as you try to push your feet as high as you can. Extra
weight can be added via ankle weights if you are extremely fit for even more
challenge.
