Dumbbell Y Press

Dumbbell Y press is a modification of the standard dumbbell shoulder press which allows you to use lighter weights and focus more on the medial deltoids. The exercise is a solid addition to any shoulder workout program but is primarily used as a finisher for a heavy weight shoulder workout.
