Dual Swiss Ball Push-Ups

Stability balls are always going to be an unstable surface which makes performing push-ups (with your hands on the balls) almost impossible. This is where a wall comes in as you can place the stability balls in the corner to create a stable enough surface to perform push-ups. While the angle will decrease the amount of weight you must push for every repetition the increased stabilization demand will ensure these dual Swiss ball pushups will remain challenging.
