Dual Foam Roll PushUps

The foam rolls you commonly see in your local gym are not just for SMFR. You can use foam rolls as controlled-unstable surfaces for push-ups to work the chest, triceps and anterior deltoids. For these dual foam roll pushups you can increase the emphasis by moving the rollers further away from each other. The closer the rollers are to each other, the more you will target the anterior delts and triceps whereas you will target the pecs more if the rolls are further apart.
