Concentration Curls

Concentration curls can be performed multiple ways but perhaps the most effective is simply by hanging the arm from a bent-over position. This method of performing concentration curls requires discipline as to not use the shoulder muscles to cheat. Concentration curls can also be performed by resting the elbow against the inner thigh while sitting on a bench or using a low cable as in cable concentration curls.
