Cable Multi Push Pull

Cable multi push pull works the obliques as well as the upper/middle back, chest and major arm muscles as it is a combination of 3 exercises. Combining the cable push-pull along with a chest press and a lat pull is a very challenging full body exercise. This exercise is primarily effective for building core stabilization and obliques strength and coordination by integrating multiple movements in one set.
