Cable decline chest press is pretty much the exact exercise as the standard cable chest press with a modified angle. By pressing the cables towards your feet rather than straight outwards you simulate the decline bench press using the cables. The decline chest press on the cables causes you to focus more on the lower pectoral muscles as well as the triceps.
