Cable Chest Press

Although beginners may not be able to tell the difference between the cable chest fly and cable chest press they are drastically different exercises. While the cable chest fly is an isolation exercise for the pecs, the cable chest press involves muscle actions at the shoulders as well as the elbows. This makes cable chest press an exercise which uses the chest, anterior shoulders as well as the triceps.
