Cable bar triceps extensions are a very common exercise used to strengthen
the triceps. The exercise can be done from a standing position or even kneeling
which will lessen the ability to cheat and force you to focus on the isolation
of the triceps. This set of extensions can be done on any high pulley set up but
keep in mind that the resistance for high cables is not always the same. For if
you perform triceps extensions on a lat-pull down machine the resistance will be
much heavier than that of a cable cross over due to the extra low pulley.
