To add movement to the plank position the BOSU provides just enough
instability to make this a highly fatiguing exercise for the arms and shoulders
as well as the core. The BOSU dynamic plank involves a series of alternating
single arm 1/2 push-ups from the downward plank position with both forearms on
the BOSU to the upward plank position with both hands on the BOSU balance
trainer.
