Ball Floor Reverse Hyperextensions

The stability ball reverse hyperextensions on the floor are a great exercise for strengthening your lower back and glutes. Balancing on the ball causes your core muscles to engage while you work the very important combination of lower back and gluteal muscles. This is a great way to begin strengthening the lower back but if the range of motion isn't great enough for you or your personal training client, use the ball reverse hyperextension on top of a weight bench as they can increase range of motion and difficulty.
