Exercise Video Library: Resistance Training Instruction

How to Use the Ask The Trainer Exercise Videos Library

Here you will find exercise videos for all major muscle groups and many popular pieces of gym equipment. The Ask The Trainer exercise video library features personal trainers training actual clients.

You will notice that sometimes the movements are slightly different than the way you may have been doing them or simply different from how you can do them. This is simply because people are built differently and so we have different maximum ranges of motion.

Be sure to listen to the verbal cues when you watch the videos as they not only have important form tips but contraindications, modifications, and ideas for implementing each exercise video into your workout. Even if you have never worked out before, you can use the exercise videos to learn at your own pace. Start off with one new exercise from the exercise video library to begin with and once you master it go for another!
